“You be sayin No, No, No, No, No!”

First things first, that Destiny’s Child song never gets old! At least not to me! Lol if you didn’t sing the title go back and do it and I guarantee you smile a lil ☺️ lol This is truly a last minute blog post. I really had another post planned that was going to be a little lighter (maybe more the usual) but this one is going to be a little different. This week... I’ve had a couple of things that really made my nose itch. First things first... NO NO NO means NO! What the heck is up with these politicians, people in entertainment, and just people period that have been taking advantage of these men and women?!! I know this type of stuff is real & happens, but my God! Lately it has been raining with allegations against so many people. I feel horrible for the victims of these crimes and I admire them greatly for having the courage to come forward. It’s just crazy man... I don’t understand it... and some of the people that are being accused have gotten fired or stepped aside, which they should but why do we have a president out here endorsing a guy that’s been accused by multiple women? And why did they elect him when he still has allegations against him?! Which leads me to my next irritating topics... This guy... 🙄 I’m like my sis (in my head) Angela Rye, he’s not my president!! 🙅🏽‍♀️ Well he’ll be coming to Jackson this weekend for the opening of the civil rights museum. Yup... the guy who doesn’t even care of civil rights. The local news interviewed some people here and they didn’t go off like I think they should’ve. Really, the first guy (the brother of Medgar Evers) said he was thrilled about it. He also said he hadn’t planned to go initially but since he’s coming he’d like to go to see him. That made me 😤 smh. But I can’t be surprised because he voted for the man. But hey! They did have a message from the NAACP president that said something really close to what needed to be said. To sum up what they said “Stay yo uggggly ass at home man, shoot.” I picked up a news paper today that had a headline “Offensive things Trump has said about African Americans”. And if that isn’t enough on top of that, as previously mentioned, even he has had several allegations against him for sexual harassment / misconduct. Plus he was on record saying how he didn’t feel he needed to ask for permission from a woman, he felt he could just kiss them and grab them by the 🐈. Smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ I just can’t... it’s a list of things I could talk about that irritate me with this guy but I’ll just leave that be. I’ve been praying on both of these situations & looking for ways I can be of assistance.
